Then they said the would refund me the labor portion of my fees. Never received a refund nor have I heard back from them ."

"6 months after having regrouted the corners of the shower ($1010), it came apart again in one corner. He was very responsive in planning to come out and fix it, but said "by the way, it will take 10min, but I will have to charge you $185 for gas and time." ???"
