"My interaction with Jordan Gast (and later with the owner Jim Briley) was first rate. Jordan was very knowledgeable, thorough and helpful in designing a solution. He also allowed me to pester him at several later times with questions and concerns. The work done (with the company owner actually participating in the project) was absolutely first rate. They left the site having created a beautiful addition to the yard that I believe will provide the drainage relief that was needed. The owner actually spent several hours digging under a buried rock to ensure optimal drain pipe placement; it would have been very easy to just run the pipe over the top of the rock but he insisted on getting it right. I believe that Jordan and Jim are both honest and competent in their work. I would not recommend anyone but them for work of this nature. I stated NA on the pricing question because I got no other quotes with which to compare because I was completely satisfied about using this company after our first meeting. We are 100% satisfied with the results."

"Eddie came out and gave an estimate. He was professional and personable and set a date and time for the following week to do the job. Due to other (larger) work obligations, Eddie wasn't able to keep the appointment. However, he sent his son, who was just as professional and personable! The job was completed without any issues. I was impressed (and grateful) that Eddie didn't put me on the back burner and reschedule because it was such a small job. "Wow.......I am so impressed.....Last Saturday I waited all day for another  plumber that was scheduled who  called me 2 times always telling me he was on the way.........Ended up arriving 5 hours late with an attitude, saying his GPS was broken and I gave him wrong directions.............so did not allow him to enter the home.
I called Jim..........he set an appointment.....He gave me a rough estimate based on what I knew had to be done, although I totally understood that once he saw the repair, this could change if more extensive work needed..........And, he even showed up on time and called to confirm he was on the way.
