He cut my water hose. He killed my grass and got oils stains in my driveway. He took two weeks to finish a job that he was supposed to take one day for and it's been constant harassment."

If executed correctly your tree should survive after being transplanted to a new spot. However, effective transplanting requires six months, careful root pruning, safe transport to the new location, and replanting in prime soil conditions.
