He communicated often and was very reliable. He was knowledgeable and knew what to do. He set an outside trap and caught the squirrel plus did an exclusion. Hopefully I won't have this problem again but I would definetly rehire him. I also had a bat that I didn't know about and he removed it and sealed the entry way with mesh.
