Cedric was the installer and I thought for sure he would be there from morning until night to finish that many windows properly. He came in after 3 1/2 hours to let me know he was finished and ready for me to inspect them. I was amazed! They were all up, worked perfectly and looked beautiful. He gave me touch up paint in case I need it in the future. I can't imagine having to install 18 plantation shutters myself. So happy I decided to call these guys. It was a bit of a splurge, but my favorite thing for sure and worth every penny. Plus, my resale value just went up by thousands!...not that I ever want to leave now

She had the order ready the week she told me it would be ready. I only got the order in the week before Thanksgiving and she promised they would be ready by Thanksgiving day.
