Interior Design and Decorating
We have been very disappointed in our overall experience with Ambiance. The first projects that involved interior design and custom window treatments went fairly smoothly. The purchase of custom furniture turned into a total disaster. After months of waiting we finally received our merchandise. We have experienced problems with the furniture and have received little support from Ambiance in our efforts to have the problems rectified. The development of the basement design plan was well done. However, the work performed as ''general contractor'' was abysmal. On multiple occasions, there were unexpected expenses and serious problems with subcontractors. In general it was a VERY disappointing experience.
