He did a really good job and even the neighbors are impressed. I have to move all the furniture to the deck. He was quite good and I was really impressed. He did a very thorough job and he is amazing, he really work well, he is a spot cleaner.

All stains removed. Carpet (which was many years old) was fresh and clean. Excellent job. House was about 1750 sq ft.

He did an ok job.  He missed several places and did not get to the edges around the baseboards.

First of all, I was able to make a same day appointment, which was a huge surprise. I gave the tech my phone number and asked for a call when an ETA was known ( I have big dogs so very important). I was contacted when the gentlemen were about 10 minutes away, ahead of schedule by the way. They were very respectful of my home and family. Did an excellent job and I would use them in the future and high recommend.

Derk arrived right as scheduled. He was very nice and professional. The carpet looks beautiful, feels and smells clean, and took very little time to dry. He was did the job in approx. 1hr! I would definitely recommend. Great price also with the coupon!!!

Dirk showed up on time, did a great cleaning job and left the carpets looking clean and the house smelling fresh.  He showed up for work the first time and there was no power in the house.  Once the renters turned on the power he came again to complete the job.  Dirk is the owner/operator and was courteous and professional.  I recommend Heaven's Best highly.

Dirk was very professional. He was punctual and did a fantastic job on cleaning our carpet. The cleaning system he uses had our carpet almost completely dry in about two hours.

Dirk arrived on time, and was extremely patient and professional even though I had locked myself out of the house!
He did a fabulous job - getting out all but 2 stains.  One was yellow highlighter ink, the other was a compound stain: 2-3 food/drink spills plus a pet stain.  Both looked better when he got done than I would have dared to imagine they would.  Even the high traffic areas look great!
I definitely recommend Dirk and Heaven's Best in Watkinsville!

Extremely satisfied with Heaven's Best.  I have been in a rental property turnkey business in my past so I am very familiar with carpet cleaning and the typical "bleeding back" of stains and wear.  To be quite honest, I was shocked when it did not happen  at all with Heaven's Best.  What I saw immediately after they finished was how the carpet looked two weeks later, and even now, two months later.  
I had read some horror stories about the cleaning of berber carpets as well and was reassured by the company that they could do this and do it well.  They did just that.  Impressive.  
There was also concern because we run a personal training business from the gym in our home and we needed to schedule a visit that would not interrupt or interfere with that business.  Heaven's Best was very accommodating in scheduling a time that would work for us even though it required him to work late on a Friday evening.  
Overall, I give them an A++!  They adapted their schedule, showed up on time, behaved very professionally and did an exceptional job on our carpets at a reasonable price!  I will absolutely call them again and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone seeking carpet cleaning.

The technician was 20-25 minutes late, but he called to let me know he was going to be late.  The price to clean the carpets was great, but the cleaning in the traffic areas was not that good.  And, the traffic areas did not dry in an hour.  We didn't put most of the items back in place until the next day.

We moved in to a new rental home on August 1st.  We knew the prior tenants had pets, and both my wife and I are very allergic.  We had a tight move-in window - had to be out of the old house and into the new on the same day! Mr. Visser arrived promptly at the appointment time, finished the carpets in the time estimated, and was extremely professional and courteous.  I couldn't have asked for a better experience. As promised, the carpet dried in about an hour, and we were able to move in on schedule.  Most importantly, the carpet cleaning and allergy treatment seemed to take care of the pet allergy issues we were concerned about with the new home. Bottom Line:  Definitely would use again and recommend to others.

In, out, moved furniture, got filthy carpets cleaned to a state that exceeded our expectations.  Also carpets were dry in 1 hour.

There was a mix up on the scheduled date, as my name was the same as another customer of his, with also another similarity that I can't remember.  Even so, when he realized his mistake, he dropped what he was working on, and raced right over.  Also, when I originally scheduled my estimate date w/ him, he showed up on time, and I completely had forgotten about it.  I was too busy to meet him by that time, and he was very courteous in his understanding, and letting me reschedule w/ him.

It's a family run business & He and his son (I believe) did a great job.  The carpet had a really nice smell after they were finished.  My ONLY compliant, which I mentioned to him, is that they do not do carpet stretching.  This, I felt, was a pretty significant disadvantage, because if you need it done, as I did, you have to hire another person for it.  I was fortunate enough to have some other work going on, that I was able to get the other person to do the stretching for me so it worked out; and that's why I still used Heaven's best service.  I would just say that if you need carpet stretching, this may be a problem.  If you don't, then I would definitely use them!

When he was done cleaning the (quite dirty) carpet I was not satisfied so he went over a few spots again. It was fine after that!
