Ben is very professional. He cleaned two chimneys and left no sign that he was even there. Both were very dirty, and might have caused us some real problems. He also fixed some broken mortar. He charged what he quoted.

Alex was friendly, but I was surprised that the business isn't a chimney sweep company. His flashlight didn't work consistently & I didn't feel assured that the inspection was thorough. At the beginning he told me I needed a chimney cap & that would be about $200.
