Everything was done with care and to perfection. They go above and beyond. They have much knowledge, skill And experience regarding the home. What I also appreciated was even though they are working hard they are Relaxed and don't create a stressful environment. So glad to have found them through Angie's List.

Team of two showed up on time and diligently worked over two days.  They worked well together doing the multiple projects.  Quality of the work was as fine (as expected).  They were both personable and pleasurable to be around and were able to make changes to the planned work as situations arose.  Did an excellent job of cleaning up each day.  They are a bit expensive at $80/hour (for the two of them combined), but the work was good.  If I had to say anything negative it would be that they had to go rent a 12 foot ladder to fix one of the lights - which didn't bother me - but I was charged for the time to leave the job and go rent it and return.  It probably cost me $40, so on the scale of the job, not a big deal.  However,  I would have thought they would have known that coming into the job and would have stopped to rent the ladder on the way in.  Having said that, I think they did a nice job and I would certainly consider using them again.

His name is Mike Gardner. Mike is extremely professional & efficient. He provided me with excellent service in a timely manner. Always available by phone or email. I would definitely employ his services again and highly recommend him.

Very courteous, professional.  Defined what needed to be done.  We mutually agreed on what material I would make sure to be on hand and what he would purchase.  Kept in communication.  Arrived on time.  Worked efficiently and cleaned up afterwards.  The only reason I rated Quality as B was there were three small openings (approx. 1 in by 1/4 in) in the wood floor that required me to repair with wood filler. Overall I'm happy with Mr. Gardner and will most likely use him in the future.

Mike is knowledgeable, honest, and reliable. If he is not comfortable with anything you need done, or knows a better way to proceed, he is straightforward with good suggestions/advise that we have learned to trust. We rely on him completely. He charges by the hour plus materials with receipts provided. We haven't found anything yet he hasn't been able to do. We were looking for a long term relationship. If you are too, Mike is your man!!!!

Thank you Michael!!!!  A+++++++.   Michael performed miracle work with our deck, porches(2), pool deck, service area and driveway!  All of the aforementioned areas had been neglected and were in need of  industrial strength cleaning and pressure washing.  Michael phoned the day before the date of service to confirm and arrived right on time with an enthusiastic, cheerful, professional and can-do attitude.  Michael worked tirelessly for 8 hours and we are so appreciative.  The end result was amazing!!  We highly recommend Michael and will look forward to working with him again!

I hired Home Care Services/Mike Gardner to do all types of work when I purchased a condo in Hilton Head.  Mike has done everything for me from putting furniture together to power washing the patio; from installing light fixtures to repairing drywall; from installing cabinets to installing granite countertops; from installing plumbing fixtures to installing doors.  Anything that I have asked of him, he has been able to do; if Mike cannot do it, he will refer you to someone else.  I have been more than pleased with all the work he has done for me over the last three months.  As I was going back and forth between Hilton Head and Texas, I left a key with Mike so that he could do work when I was not there.  He is completely trustworthy and reliable.  I consider myself extremely fortunate to have found Home Care Services and Michael Gardner, and I would recommend him without any reservations!

All went very well without any problems. He was very prompt, courteous and efficient. In this area tradesmen tend to be very late and careless with appointments, NOT this man, he was at our front door exactly on time and ready to work. Can not praise him enough. He charges $45 ph, but money well spent.I even tipped him.
