"Jason and his crew did a great job at a reasonable price. When I bought our vacation home the property had several outbuildings, one was a 4 car garage with a rough dirt floor. Jason brought his machinery in to lower and level floor. The guys poured 4" of 5000 PSI concrete by hand as cement truck could not access Floor. Additionally, they added a concrete stoop to exterior access door that I had forgotten to add to their estimate, no charge. They showed up on time and completed the job on schedule. Great job!! I wish all my hired workmen were as good as these guys."

Mr. Miller did a great job staining and keeping me informed of his progress through sending pictures and calling me. "We originally contacted J&H to come out and look at existing joists under the house for termite damage. They came out and were very honest and said they did not see any damage and did not charge us. I then remembered that I had a report from our termite company with a blueprint of where they had treated under the house and where they said the damage was. Josh came back out and they researched underneath the house and found the termite damage. They were very honest and very reasonable and did a great job. They replaced the subflooring and joists and flooring in the kitchen. They kept us informed with pictures throughout the project. We are definitely going to use them again in the future and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any type of construction or structural work done. "

"I have never in my entire life had to write a review like the one I am about to write right now. To begin with we had a concrete slab laid at the beginning of Aug. and all we needed was for it to be leveled. We reached out to Aquaguard and Bill set up a date and time to come out and do an evaluation and a quote. Bill stated that they could level the concrete slab with no problems and gave us a quote of an est. 6k. I know that no one in their right mind would pay 6k for a job that was guaranteed by one of their SHAREHOLDERS (Bill) knowing that there was no guarantee it could be done (which is what their stating now.) We had a deadline to have this job completed which couldn’t be met because it is now Oct. and still ongoing. Jerrod and another employee came out on 2 separate occasions and all we have received from this service is UNLEVELED concrete and EXCESSIVE CRACKS AND WAVES. Weeks later 2 managers came out and could clearly see my disappointment because I was literally in TEARS. They said that some jobs they can’t get leveled completely and that they don’t know why Bill would tell us they could and that that’s stated in their contract. He said he would reach out to the general manager to come to a resolution because at this point my concrete slab is just horrific and still not LEVELED by the least. Literally worst than when they started the work. Week later no resolution. I suffer with congested heart failure which I was diagnosed with last Nov.2024 and this is really beginning to take a toll on me. All I want is a DECENT resolution because this is clearly not the service I was expecting to receive and is clearly unacceptable."

"Taylor came out and crawled underneath the house in the crawlspace. I told Taylor that I needed to get support from one-side to the other. The floor was sagging on the side where the kitchen and living room is and the other side had a rise to it. Taylor had an outline the house and had drawn (2) 4 by 4 post with (10 times 2) medal post holding each of them up. I told him that I needed 2 more post on the other side of the house and he said that I would have to pay twice as much for two more post. I would also have to pay around $6,000.00 to have dirt removed from the crawlspace. I have not received any pictures of the work that was done either. I'm an disabled woman on an fixed income that has been taken advantage of. I now have a big hump in the middle my floor. Taylor said he doesn't even come out to do an job no less than $5,000.00. "I am writing to formally address the issues concerning the project I hired Jackson of J & M Concrete to complete at my property. The scope of work was to diagnose and repair a pond leak as well as address a sinkhole, with an estimated project completion time of 2-3 days. The estimated total price was $6300, of which 50% was to be paid in advance, $3150 was paid. On January 2, 2025, Jackson, of J & M, poured some concrete, which was to cure and settle before the next phase. The project was left incomplete. Jason removed all equipment and left the job site by the next morning, leaving large ruts in the yard from the trackhoe and other heavy equipment. The sinkhole was not addressed, nor the pond leak. It has remained unfinished and has been getting worse during the last 2 and a half months. I called days two and three when there was no sign of them coming back and made numerous phone calls over the next couple months to find out when they would be back to finish the job, seeing as they were paid beyond the scope of the job they did. It has been more than 2 ½ months and no return phone call. At the end of February, I received a letter from the concrete company contracted by J &M, Smyrna Ready Mix Concrete, which is seeking payment for their services – “Notice to Contractor and Request for Notice of Commencement, O.C.G.A & s.44-14-361.5.” I called them and found out that their bill had not been paid by J & M. I notified Jackson about this matter and he texted back saying he was in Florida and would call in the upcoming week due to a death in the family. As of today, March 13, the pond continues to leak, and the sinkhole remains unresolved, even growing in size. The equipment used during the project caused enough damage to require that additional fees be spent for hiring a landscaper to address the ruts in the lawn left by the trackhoe, as well as the excavated hill dirt used to block the creek from flowing into the pond. The partial blockage diverted the water, causing it to overflow its banks. Fortunately, the blockage has since been cleared."
