"I do not recommend L.G.O Construction for numerous reasons. Below are a few of those reasons: 1. After making a down payment, a delivery of materials never transpired based on the quote. 2. When told an arrival time, they failed to appear daily until 9:30 to 10:30 in the morning. Throughout the day the workers came and went for long periods of time. 3. The workmanship proved that they have no knowhow and skill. They did not measure properly, the foundation was loose, The posts and beams were not level or plumb. I had to pinpoint errors every evening and even show them how to make things level. 4. Andrew Welch lied repeatedly. He said an electrician was coming over. An electrician never appeared. He claimed to have experience building on a project such as mine, but it was clear they did not understand how to do this project. He never produced receipts to prove the cost of the materials. Upon agreement when we decided the project needed to end, Andrew and I AGREED on how we would end this project in regards to payment, etc. Andrew failed to meet me as he agreed upon the time and place. 4. The workers had very little work ethic. Over the course of five days, so little work was completed due to their coming and going all day long, standing around drinking drinks, taking pictures, looking at their cell phones, etc... DO NOT hire this company. They make false claims about what they are capable of doing. Your end result will be awful as I just experienced. Now I am left with damage and missing siding to be repaired by another contractor and I’ve lost money and time with no good result."
