"Two recent HVAC experiences inspired this recommendation and this warning. I recently called CW Comfort Solutions and was more than pleased. For a very reasonable fee, CW came out, inspected the heating system at the Henry Herald building, and fixed up what was in need of repair. I would highly recommend CW any day of the week. 10 out of 10. Unfortunately, before I called CW, I made the mistake of calling Hammond Services, Inc.. They inspected that same heating system, made no repairs, and charged OVER TRIPLE the fee!! It was a disgusting, wicked, outrageous way to treat a customer. I confronted Hammond with this fact after CW had treated me well, but Hammond obstinately defended their rip-off price and so-called service. Hammond left me with nothing but disappointment and regret that I had ever reached out to their company. I wish I'd never heard of Hammond.
