They were good. They came right in and did it correctly.
The technician was on time, very polite, and very concerned with cleaning up any mess that he had to make. He was quick and pleasant. He replaced my old plastic drain with a better quality metal one and it works great!
The only problem I had with this company was that they took too long to answer my call and set up an appointment. They said they were on a huge busy job at the time. All in all, I would use them again.
I was very pleased with all aspects of Jasons Plumbing service. They fixed my problems professionally and examined the problem thoroughly. I received a callback from Mr. Faircloth to make sure I was satisfied with his work. I AM VERY SATISFIED AND WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE HIS SERVICE AGAIN.

We initiated a service request and Jason responded immediately. He put us on his schedule for 7/15/14, arrived at the appointed time and repaired our leaky shower faucet in the bedroom and installed new toilet handles in two bathrooms. He was professional, informative, and polite. He lets you know the depth of the problem and materials required for repairs. His work is EXCELLENT! We will definitely use Jason Faircloth for future projects.
