"Extremely satisfied with entire transaction. Doug responded almost immediately to my request for a quote. Gave quote over the phone and scheduled day/time to come out. Three man crew arrived right on time and wasted no time going to work. Did not rush doing the job and end result was, fence looked like new. It went well.  It look maybe a day longer than the initial quoted timeframe.  The crawlspace was old (1940 home) and it was full of junk, debris, etc.   They cleaned it very well and it looked great.   Floor was repaired using high quality design/material, and new beam made a big difference.

They accepted payments 50% and 50% via check and credit card.   Eddie was professional and his team took care of business.   The price was in the middle of some other quotes I received but he was able to meet my short term timeline.

"First, when I first called this company, I called because of the great reviews on Angie's list for this provider. When I called I spoke directly to the owner, Victor, and needed service asap due to a forthcoming event. Victor was very professional, described his services in detail, communicated to me the time it would take for job completion and quoted me a fair price. He arranged for immediate service that week without charging me a "rush fee." He and his worker arrived on time, in fact he called to tell me he was on his way. It was an extremely hot day that day and they were non-stop to get the job completed. He identified to me stubborn stains right from the beginning and explained to me that a few stains on driveway may be difficult to remove all together. I appreciated his honestly. Most of the stains did come out however. I will use Victor every year to pressure wash my long driveway due to the oak tree shedding each season. I would definitely highly recommend this company to area residents.

"It went well they showed up in good timing with a positive attitude and ready to work. Went over the paper work and the instructor double checked with me on the house work to be done. The team worked together well and was knowledgeable of their individual job. My house was just finished up with today and it looks great so far. I'll write another review to BBB in a week from now with an update on what i felt went very well up to this point. I may send a photo on my next review as the finishing touch"
