"I had called everyone that might help me fix my dishwasher...pumped the septic, snaked the main sewer line, called appliance repair, replaced the heating element, verified that the drain hose went from high to low; my dishwasher was still back flowing scrud onto my clean dishes at random times. Signed up with Neli, and had the answer to my problem in 15 minutes. James F gave me the part number for replacement and wa-laa, I’m waiting for it to come in the mail. I am very impressed and will use this service again as needed."

"Our technician Tim was fantastic. My wife needed to meet G Force at her mom's house to supervise repairs, and they did a great job keeping her informed of their ETA so she had plenty of time to travel to meet them. Once at the house, Tim discovered an issue with the concrete slab where the original toilet sat, which prevented a safe and secure install of the new toilet. He and his supervisor worked with us to recommend a repair and schedule a return visit that worked with my wife's schedule. On the second visit, Tim repaired the concrete, installed the new toilet and adjusted the height of the cutoff valve. Plus, he took a few extra minutes to walk the house (inside and out) with my mother-in-law to check the plumbing to ensure everything was in working order and confirm she knew what to do in the event of a water leak. He even took the time to label the majority of the valves in the house to make things easier for her. In looking for a plumber, we certainly found cheaper options, but without a doubt, we will phone G Force again (and request Tim as our technician)."

"What an Amazing Company!! I had a Major Plumbing Issue after my son knocked the top off the toilet and busted the pipe that connects the water in to the wall. I got on Angie List and found Free Emergency Plumber.Com and within a half hour they were at my house. Not only did they fix the leak and the pipe for FREE, but the technician was also able to assist me in getting my house dried out (slightly flooded three or four rooms)! The guys at Free Emergency Plumber.Com even helped when dealing with my insurance company. Start to finish they handled just about everything for me, all I had to do was sit back and let them work. Amazing company, Amazing people, I highly recommend Free Emergency Plumber.Com."

"Greg was very professional as well as personable. He and his crew worked very hard during very hot weather to finish the crawl space. The finished product is outstanding. He definitely delivered a top rate job. His work also comes with a 25 year warranty . That was a definite plus for me.

"Jeff was great to work with.  He gave me a systematic approach to solving some ongoing water/drainage issues we may have.   He recommended first and foremost fixing a number of things his company would not benefit at all from (roof/gutters/downspouts, dehumidier) prior to us embarking upon a major project.  Thus, I felt that he was honest and gave answers/suggestions that weren't "cookie cutter" and had our best interest in mind.
If we do end up taking on a major basement waterproofing project after doing some of the more minor fixes he suggested, I will definitely be giving him a call to have his company do the work.

Plumbing questions, answered by experts

Keep foam or fiberglass pipe wrap and frost caps ready to protect exposed pipes during unexpected cold snaps in southwest GA. Store a hand auger to clear root intrusions caused by shifting clay soils. Use a basic moisture meter to detect hidden wall leaks early. Keep a meter key accessible to quickly shut off your main water valve during emergencies. For rural properties, keep enzyme-based, septic-safe drain treatments available.

Helpful?

Watch for slow drains or gurgling pipes, as expansive clay soils in GA cause shifting and root intrusion. Rust-tinged water or visible corrosion on older pipes indicates aging infrastructure is failing. Sewage odors near the Flint River floodplain signal backpressure issues. Address small drips immediately, as hot, humid weather quickly turns minor leaks into structural moisture problems. Treat any cracks found after winter cold snaps as urgent hazards.

Helpful?

Upgrading old pipes directly improves your daily water quality at the tap. Fixing leaks reduces indoor moisture, enhancing air quality and cooling efficiency during long Bainbridge summers. Maintaining rural septic systems prevents unpleasant odors from entering your living spaces. Completing outdoor plumbing upgrades extends your enjoyment of yards and gardens throughout the nine-month growing season. Preparing drainage systems before summer storms also prevents hazardous sewage backups and flooding intrusions.

Helpful?

Mandatory utility locates for underground work require a three-day waiting period under GA law. Local permit requirements dictate separate sessions for rough-in and final inspections. Coordinating septic repairs with county environmental health offices extends timelines. Difficult crawl space access or hard clay soil excavation requires extra preparation time. Sourcing older pipe fittings from outside Bainbridge adds a session between the initial diagnosis and the final repair.

Helpful?

Identify whether your home relies on city utilities or private well and septic systems. Check the construction year, as older Bainbridge homes feature aging cast iron or failure-prone polybutylene pipes. Note your foundation type to determine pipe accessibility. Verify your property's flood zone status near the Flint River to assess backpressure risks. Locate your main water meter and review previous permit records to understand the scope of upcoming work.
