"I called Jessica when my regular decorator was unable to help me redecorate my bathrooms and I was not disappointed! Jessica responds to all questions and phone calls almost immediately and I absolutely love her choices. My husband was not excited about updating our bathrooms until he saw Jessica’s mood-boards and now even he can’t wait to get started on the project. My only concern is that once the bathrooms are complete we will want to do more updating! Thank you Jessica and Dani! Would definitely recommend. I am a retired real estate agent so I have worked with many home stagers and decorators throughout my 35 year career and I think Jessica’s talents are among the best."

"It was fantastic service! Prompt response was SO appreciated since the deep cleaning was needed asap and that is what the service gave! Very polite and respectful were the two cleaners that set out to clean a VERY DIRTY home left from a vacated tenant. The cleaners made no fuss, and did their work far and above my satisfaction. I owned my own cleaning business at one time and have very high standards for cleanliness. I was very satisfied with all entities of this company and will absolutely use them again in the near future!"

"I feel extremely fortunate to have found Vicki through Angie's List !  She is an extremely talented person who is very easy to deal with. She has a breath of knowledge that allows her to accommodate my tastes, but also ensure that the overall design is in sync with the design and location of my home.  She has  a very diplomatic way of suggesting when I'm going astray with my choices and in every case where she has told me "Trust Me"  I have been delighted ! She is very aggressive in helping me find the best pricing and often times will work with the vendors directly  hence saving me the time.  She also has excellent local contacts.  Everyone I've worked with through Vicki has been timely, professional, and highly competent.
My project is far from complete.  I intend to continue to use Vicki and her expert advice until the end !!!!"

Did a good job, providing 2 layouts to choose from.  Completed design and sent email and snail mail paint and furniture samples in a little over a month from starting the process.  The previous estimate was 2-3 weeks so it wasn't so late.  My only disappointment was the design was not for the complete room.  They told me that the missing area was considered an entry way or hallway and could be designed for an additional fee.  I did not want to pay an additional and accepted their explanation, but on second thought, in my opinion, it isn't really separate.  There is a large archway one-third of the way into the room, but I have never considered it as two separate rooms and no one visiting my home has ever mentioned it.  Every room has an entrance.  I wouldn't call the way to get into a room as a separate room. Other than that, I would say a got a great deal overall.

My father taught me to build homes and we volunteer to help those with needs with our church. In the many years of doing this have been exposed and blessed to learn many different skills. I don't profess to be expert and not ashamed to admit if don’t have skills. At 56 I find myself needing to find side jobs to keep up with today’s economy. Hopefully at same time help other get project done at more economical cost.

Home Staging questions, answered by experts

Combining home staging with upgrades like repainting, updating light fixtures, or improving curb appeal in Augusta is a strategic move. Many local real estate professionals recommend coordinating these projects to streamline your timeline and enhance your property value. By addressing both staging and minor improvements together, your home will stand out in the GA real estate market and attract more potential buyers.

Helpful?

Maintaining a staged home in Augusta involves regular dusting, vacuuming, and keeping humidity levels balanced to protect furnishings. Pay special attention to seasonal pollen, especially in spring, and keep entryways clear. Tidy up landscaping and ensure HVAC systems are running efficiently. These steps help your staged property look fresh and inviting, making a positive impression on buyers in the GA real estate market.

Helpful?

Completing home staging in Augusta can significantly boost your home’s resale appeal and perceived property value. Staged homes often attract more interest and sell faster, especially in competitive neighborhoods like Evans or downtown. By addressing layout challenges and presenting a move-in-ready look, staging helps your GA home stand out to buyers, particularly during busy relocation periods or peak selling seasons.

Helpful?

Your Augusta home is a strong candidate for home staging if it features dated finishes, has an unusual floor plan, or sits empty. Properties in neighborhoods with high turnover, such as West Augusta or Evans, often benefit most. If your home is competing with new builds or needs to appeal to a broad range of buyers, staging can highlight its strengths and improve its marketability in GA.

Helpful?

In Augusta, homeowners often overlook the importance of neutral color palettes that complement local light and landscape. Over-personalized décor or ignoring outdoor spaces like porches can limit buyer interest. Failing to adjust staging for the GA climate—such as not managing humidity or neglecting seasonal yard work—can also detract from your home’s appeal. Focus on creating bright, welcoming spaces that resonate with local buyers.
