This provides the customer with evidence of why the backup occured, what may have caused it and what further can be done to prevent any reocurring issues. There are no hidden costs, the price you are quoted is the price you will pay. Payment options include: All major credit cards, check, or cash. Payment is due upon completion unless previously agreed on in your estimate. For our commerical customers there are charge accounts available. "I have tried several times to speak to some one concerning a refund for a roof repair project that was completed but was not effective in preventing rain water from entering and damaging the interior of my home. The only individual I have been able to reach at the main office told me to call some one else, as opposed to having them return my call. I have since called all the numbers I could find and left messages and have yet to receive a call back or any communication from anyone with the company. Lowe Construction can improve by first returning the calls of their customers. I have given communicated with Lowe concerningthe continuous water leakage prior to requesting a refund for the cost of the work. they came but were not effective in solving the problem. it is only fair that if you can't do the job that you return the money so that I can find a a roof contractor that will do the job they are paid to do. This lack of communication and response to a customers concern is unacceptable and despite how pleased I was at the under deck project Lowe completed,I can not recommend them until this is resolved"
