GC rarely came to the job site to monitor the work. Responsiveness to text, calls, and emails was almost nonexistent; only when picking up payment, would I be given one day's notice. I want this project to be over so I do not have to deal with this company ever again. I've lost so much money I can't even explain how stressful this project was. Buyer Beware! Empty promises time and time again. If you don't mind your project taking forever, they will do a good job. The only assurance as a homeowner is that the County comes in to inspect the work at the end of each phase."

Steve at Kephas was responsible for prepping that floor before installation?..flooring guy was pissed they didn?t have it ready so just made due. Poor attention to detail here folks Now they take no responsibility and we?re screwed. Product warranty won?t cover faulty installation Watch for more posts folks?"
