"In June of this year, an old (32 yrs. old) self-contained unit decided it was time to retire and communication was lost on the upstairs split system. With a family reunion scheduled within a few days the family at Giesbrecht installed new duct work to the upstairs to supply cool air until the part for the split system was delivered and a new self-contained unit was installed. Although I was an existing customer (2 new units about 6 yrs ago), this type of customer service was over and beyond any expectations. "A Saturday nite after hours call! Mr Palmer and his crew are heroes. I had just had my hvac serviced a few days before, and of course on a saturday night trying to go to bed, it quits working in ninety degree weather. My ac man forwarded my calls. Mr. Palmer and crew came out, and apparently the prior workers did some pretty important errors. He fixed everything that they did wrong, Went through the whole system and made sure it was up and running and our house was cooling again so we could go to sleep.
