"Mr. Palmer was very personable on the telephone and in person, which counts a lot. He came out, reviewed what I needed to have done and gave me an estimate. We agreed on a price then and there because I needed the work to be done and the previous responder had been a no-show. Mr. Palmer showed up on Monday and completed the work. My only concern about the work is that there were limbs left in the area I needed to have trimmed, and a patch over near the ditch was only partially cut down. In my looking over the work before they left, I missed those areas. Overall, I was satisfied with the work done and will definitely call them back, if he is willing to come after this review!!"
