The price quoted seemed fair because of the amount of work to be performed and the length of time, 3 weeks, that it was supposed to take. However, the work only took 3 days and the price was not adjusted for the difference in manhours that were actually used. We asked about it and were told that since they sent a 4-man crew instead of 3-man crew, the priced quoted remained correct."

He used some unused paint that he had on hand to prime coat some of the rooms, thus saving me money. They repainted when I chose a color that I later didn't like, with a minimum of eye rolling. Lol The workers cleaned up after themselves everyday. They did excellent Sheetrock repair, and, Rob is an excellent detail painter -- no taping needed!
