The person answering the phone was very knowledgable and The technician arrived promply within an hour of my phone call. The techician was very professional and had all pf the parts and components needed to complete what the job required in short order. The price was very reasonable. I would gladly refer them to any folks needing Garage Door service.

Called in with a non-opening door, and the person on the phone was knowledgeable and helpful. She walked me through figuring out what size and type of parts they needed to bring and set up the service for the next day. I did request that if they had someone free up from a job, we would really like to have the work done today, as a non-opening door is massively inconvenient. She called mid afternoon and stated a technician was on the way! We were so happy to have same day service. I met the repairman at home and he was very accomodating to our crowded garage area and did outstanding work.
At first, I was hesitant about the whole thing because the company is the exclusive distributor for my door type, and thought they might feel like they have captive customers and don't have to have great customer service, but I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

They are great. They came right out was real professional. They did the job like they were supposed to. It was reasonable. What stood out was that they were every professional and they were reasonable with their pricing. I haven't had any problems with that garage door since.

Great. The price wasn't as much as we thought it would be, it was very reasonable. It did not take long to get an appointment. They were reliable. I believe we've used them before. They're professional and at least they're safe to come to your house. They take care of the problem.

Tom was very professional and kindly answered my questions. He replaced the motor unit and cleaned up the existing springs as well. As a bonus he programmed that door to my car buttons as well! The company was quick to respond and set up a day for service and even changed that for me when I had a conflict with the first time. I'd definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

The service was good. I have done business with them several times in the past so I was aware of the service. They have replaced 2 garage door openers, serviced a broken safety wire, and greased/lubricated both doors.They have been timely so far. The last garage door opener I had replaced I went with a Lift Master due to the battery backup and they did a good job. I plan to have them come back out soon and change the other opener out to a Lift Master. Their prices appear to be in line with others although when I find someone that works well I don't tend to shop around too much after that. I would recommend them to someone else for sure.

He did a good job, but the technician was pushing us to change several things in addition to what was needed and they were very pricey. But overall he did good job

The one they replaced was at least 35 yrs old and I lost the electronic opener so I had to replace everything.

Installed as agreed when promised. Very smooth transaction.

Superb customer service!!! I called Chattanooga Door Thursday morning, 8/22/13. Receptionist Marcia was very nice and helpful. They didn't have an opening until Monday so I was scheduled for that day. A couple hours later Marcia called back and said they could get to me the next morning around 11:00 am. The next morning (Friday), technician Tom called at 9:00 am to ask if it was okay to come out. He arrived at about 9:15 am and got right to work. My garage door was repaired and functional by 10:00 am. These people are fantastic!

So far, it went well. The door is up and it's still working. They were very professional and there hadn't been any problem with it since they put the door in. However, I thought their price was a little high, but they gave me an estimate and that's what the estimate was.
