They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Todd Phillips did an amazing renovation of our 1950s rural family home built by my father who is now deceased. He would have been very happy with their work and the improvements that were made, and the reuse of some of the 100+ year old wood. My father actually recycled it from an old farmhouse that had once stood on the property. It is now a rustic backsplash in our new kitchen. Mr. Phillips was the only builder who responded to my request for a renovation estimate when our mother died several years ago. He came out and gave us a very fair price, but he knew then [he said] that it might be sometime before the job started. And it was. Years later I called him, and he remembered that time; we met and came to an agreement for the renovation of what was to become our retirement home. "My experience with Horner Construction and Design was very positive. After reaching out to Brad Horner and receiving a quote, we continued to correspond back and forth for several months with questions I had. Once I decided to use Horner Construction, I was provided a detailed contract that showed what products would be used and the cost of each. The craftsmen who work for BHC&D were very knowledgeable, professional and invested in the final product being quality work. They removed all old decking, support post and handrails and hauled them away. The deck/screened porch they built was exactly what I envisioned. It looks as though it was an original deck and roof, not an addition. The original deck size was 12' x 34', and approximately 12' from ground level. The finished product is a 12' x 22' screened porch and a 12' x 12' open deck. They custom make the screen panels, which I like because I didn't want a screen kit that would reduce the size of the panels or have metal framing attached to the wood deck. The screen panels are 8' wide and very taunt. The screens are stretched from the decking to the roof. They installed 8 recessed LED lights and a ceiling fan. They were not the cheapest of estimates that I received when getting quotes, but I was focused on getting a high quality product because I see this as an investment on my home. I would recommend Horner Construction & Design to my friends and family."
"I was not originally contacted by the provider as stated in the e-mail I received from Angies List, so I had to call them to schedule an appointment. When I did call them, I was told that they never received my information from Angies List and that this had been happening to him quite often and other providers who were using Angies List that he spoke with. Once I contacted him we had no issues with setting up a day and time. The original time was set for 9:00 AM but he called and said he was delayed at another job due to an emergency and would be about an hour late. He showed up within that hour and the job was completed with no problems. The cleaning took less than a half hour and the carpet looked great. They even picked up the couch in the living room and cleaned under it before putting back down on foam squares to protect the carpet from the couch metal legs. They did a great job and were very friendly. "

Everyone else I contacted gave me quotes for over $4000.00 dollars. Dustin quoted me over the phone by text and on a live call $2930.00 and then I added 2 stairs to the building which only cost an additional $50.00. I'm completely amazed at how fast these guys were.
