"I've been using Reliable Heating &amp; Air for several years to maintain and repair my HVAC system. I contacted them in September 2020 to inspect my furnace. I was disappointed to find out after the fact that the work was done by a sub-contractor. I wasn't made aware of that at the time I booked service, and I don't know that I would have gone through with it if I had known. I don't know if I'll use Reliable in the future, honestly. I wish there was an "I don't know" button for the "Would you hire again?" question.

"My ac broke on a Sunday towards the end of June with temps being at 98 degrees everyday and it was HOT. I called PHA first thing Monday morning on a recommendation, they were very friendly and very understanding. A tech was sent out right away from Dallas, Georgia to Adairsville, Georgia within the hour. The tech came in and evaluated my 12 year old unit, I had a no gas and a hole in the line and the panel was burnt up and a condenser thing wasn't pumping. Parts were ordered and I was told it might be 2 days before they could get them but they would do the best they could. Later that afternoon I received a call that they were able to go get the parts needed and would come and fix me up and they did, that evening. Great service and a life saver! If needed I will be calling them first.

He identified the problem right away, made sure I saw exactly what it was, and fixed it.&nbsp;He educated me about safety and a few other things.&nbsp; There was a possible leak that was taken care of.&nbsp;His fee was inexpensive. <br /> Recommendation:&nbsp;A safety device for protection against Carbon Monoxide poisoning is a Carbon Monoxide detector.&nbsp;Every home should have at least 1 detector with an alarm. (It is recommended that each home have 2 detectors with one in the bedroom to allow for a possible faulty detector.) Also, don't forget a fire alarm. <br />
