On the cost, I think it was included in a package or the deal that I had with them. There was no charge.They've been very good. On the price, they're pretty good. They did the work; they put in my A/C unit a year before that. They're pretty responsive, they come out the same day or the next day. They're on time, they show up when they say they're going to show up. They're top-notch, I've got no complaints. They fixed whatever problem. I had some problems with an A/C unit. I had to actually end up replacing it.I bought it from them, and I'm now their customer. I spend a lot of money with them. I used them before I would recommend this company. I have no complaints; it works.

They service all of my houses. I’ve used them for years. I really don’t have any comparison for price because I don’t think I have ever used anybody else. They could be overpriced and I would not have any idea. I’ve never have any problem with them on punctuality. They are very professional. I pay like $300 a year for both the service in the spring and like in the winter. I think that is about what it is when I have to renew it, for the renew for them to come and they check the freon and do their filters and all of that. It could be more than that, I’ve been so busy that I don’t even remember.

Very smooth, technician was courteous and professional. Actually spent time and effort in evaluation and diagnosis of interior and exterior units. Previous technician with another company spent less than 2 minutes and said "all good" and charged a higher fee

These guys went the extra mile to help me. We had a brush fire that destroyed my AC. We were stuck in a hotel because house was too hot. They had my AC replaced within 24 hours of my quote. AMAZING!! Talk to Brandon when you call he is the best. He is in sales but when he knew of our situation he even came out and helped the installer replace the AC UNIT. Awesome customer service, professional and just good people.

Steve the Technician called 30 minutes before appointment to confirm. He showed up on time and fixed both A/C units in less than 30 minutes. Did not try to up sell services. Very Professional and Honest. Thank You Neese-Jones for having technicians with integrity!     Highly Recommend.

I can't say enough about Neese-Jones quality of work.  It is just excellent!  Out of all the different sub-contractors used to build our home, they were by far the best. 
I worked directly with Dewey Neese for the design of our HVAC system and was very pleased with his subject knowledge, professionalism, suggestions, and quality of work.  I had some particular requirements that were a little different from typical construction and Dewey worked with me to ensure all was done perfectly.
We had a problem with one particular unit (whole house dehumidifier) that took a few trips to sort out (replacement of the unit fixed the last problem) and Neese-Jones handled this problem in an exemplary and prompt manner.
We've been in the house now for almost a year and all the HVAC systems continue to work perfectly.  I couldn't be more pleased!
I recently used them to repair a problem with a heat pump in another house and once again, I received prompt, excellent service.
I highly recommend Neese-Jones for any HVAC needs you may have.
