"Had various hardwood flooring damage due to water that were caused by other contractors. Carter Flooring was able to come in, help assess the damage and provide a competitive repair estimate. They were contracted to remove the damage flooring, patch in new underlayment and flooring, then refinish all of the floors and stairs so it all matched. They were able to complete the work in a weeks’ time minimizing the disruption to my family. Throughout the entire engagement their team were in contact with us. As you can see in the photos the floors and stairs came out beautifully. Highly recommend the team for any of your flooring needs."

The flooring installation was done in a tenant occupied rental property that I manage, and he was professional and did a great job communicating between all parties as we prepared for and completed the project. "Working with Vitor was an absolute pleasure. During this time of hurricane repairs in Florida Tampa and the metro Bay area were getting ripped off left and right. I got on Angie’s list for help and 9 out of 10 ignored or tried to scam By overcharging. Vitor was the 1, glad I found him at a time when we were at the apex of slimy contractors showing their true colors. But not Vitor. He was the epitome of patience and honesty. Our family was scrambling to get drywall work done and he waited for us for weeks and always checked in to see when we were ready. Vitor is an honest guy and had good recommendations for us for things outside of his scope. I know he wasn’t playing us. He didn’t feel like a salesman eating off disaster, like a lot of the vendors on AL did. He did very good work on our floor replaced the whole house.
