"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"The BestcBathroom Remodel! From start to finish, Ron kept me informed of the process. His team finished the bathroom remodel in 2 1/2 weeks. This was a big demo with a complete renovation of tub, tile flooring and removal of a wall partition. Ron sent me a quote within 3 days of my request, and had a contract ready when I agreed with the quote. I wish I could submit photos of the before and after, you will be amazed. "My screen enclosure was tattered by the recent storms that came through the area. I reached out to several companies to get pricing and asses the professionalism of the estimator. Impact's estimator Paul was prompt and professional. He broke the quotes down so I could choose what services I wanted and he also presented me with a very well put together package of the company policies and warranty for material and labor.
