We asked for an estimate to remove all and re-lay uneven rubber pavers. During the estimate, we were told they may need to add more concrete borders. Not a problem except they jacked the price up halfway through the project and asked 50% more to add a 1.5 inches concrete border. Then they failed...

I SIMPLY WOULD NOT USE THEM. I EVEN RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE CONCRETE COMPANY THAT THEY WERE GOING TO PUT A LIEN ON MY PROPERTY BECAUSE THE CONCRETE HADN'T BEEN PAID FOR DESPITE THE FACT I HAD BEEN PAYING THE CONTRACTOR. IT WAS EVENTUALLY PAID BY THE CONTRACTOR.
