"Kimberly walker did call our company for a free estimate and she request a quote for a 3 areas for a total of $14000 then she did ask for a discount she said that she was having a hard time and we did give her a very good discount, the same day that we start the job she start asking for extra areas and extra work, when we give her the new price for the almost 10 extra yards of concrete and 2-3 extra days of labor for the extra areas that she request she was very mad she was pretending that we will give her all the extras for free, we found out that she call the companies and then once they start working she makes complains for any thing just to get free job, we saw it ourselves when she order the soil to compact the area after 3 trucks of soil she told the driver that they was giving her less soil and she keeps complaining until she got a free truck of soil and she was trying to do the same thing with us but when she refuse to cover the deposit of the extra areas that she ask , we ask her for her ID to added to the contract because in her home business she is under a different name and she refused to provide her ID, all this signs turn on our alarms if she complain to a soil company just to get free material she was trying to do the same with us because she even request a sample of concrete to take it to a lab to have them test it to verify if it was concrete or not even after we did provide her with the concrete companies information companies that have been in business for many many years she keeps looking for an excuse to make a complain even the county inspector told her in front of us that she should be thank full because we was trying to save her money. thank God we stop working with her before we pour the concrete. she was trying to get a free concrete job. Our priority is our customers we are a small company and we do our best to please them as much as we can, we may be able to do something extra for our customers but we can not give away almost $5000 just to please a very horrible person, sorry."
