Best home builders near Windermere, FL

"I could not be happier with the home that Alex Custom Homes built me. Everything turned out way better than I ever imagined. From the beginning of the build until the end, Kevin was great to work with. He ensured that I was up to speed on the progress made on the build and was always willing to answer any questions that I had. Both Kevin and Chris were very helpful in helping me make decisions on how I wanted everything to turn out. Even when faced with the craziest of obstacles outside of their control, Kevin and his team quickly took action and got the job done. They truly put the customer first and built a high-quality house. I would choose them over and over again to build my home."

"Cooney Homes has a very professional team, and the process of booking our home repair was seamless from start to finish. Unlike many companies that require a minimum job size, Cooney was willing to take on our project right away and accommodated us quickly. Samuel, who coordinated the appointment and logistics, was incredibly professional, patient, and thorough in explaining the next steps. I also truly appreciated the professionalism and courtesy of the staff who arrived on site. I would recommend them to anyone in the Orlando area, and will be saving their contact info. They gained a customer for life."

"This company did an awesome job painting my home. I was total impress with their work along with the professionalism they displayed. The work was completed in a timely manner. My home looks brand new with a lot of admiration from my neighbors. I will definitely hire them for future projects. The rates were reasonable and I would absolutely recommend them to my friends."

"Very Happy with choosing Golden Temple Builders for my construction needs. Nick the owner was very professional and clearly explained the stages of the project and was able to work with the pricing points that I could commit to. His team went above and beyond my expectations, and job was completed even well before promised. Would Highly Recommend!!!! 10/10"

"Loved the service provided. Will definitely hire them to do our backyard when we have the money. They came the very next day. Were the most reasonably priced. Exceeded our expectations. You can actually see our house now. Worth every penny. Would 1000% recommend!"

"We could not be more pleased! All aspects of the work were professionally managed and the highest standards of quality maintained. We are constantly complemented about how beautiful the work on our house turned out. We absolutely love our home."

"I highly recommend Greg Luebbe and Total Home Roofing. We loved our neighbor's new roof and inquired with her to find out who did the work. She said Total Home Roofing did two of her three daycare buildings. She said Greg Luebbe was her salesman. Greg came over to the house and was very nice and helpful. He not only gave us a thorough presentation, and a great price, he got up on our steep roof and tarped over the missing shingles to prevent leaking until they could install the roof. The roof was installed exactly one week after he sold us. My husband and I are very pleased with the whole experience!"

"GREAT, THEY USED VERY STURDY AND GOOD QUALITY MATERIALS, GAVE ME IDEAS ON HOW TO DO THE PROJECT BETTER AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO COMPLY WITH ALL OUR REQUESTS. WITH CONFIDENCE I CAN REFER THIS COMPANY TO OTHER MEMBERS."
