We hope you're having a groovy day! We are available 24/7, if you need immediate service, it is best to call us directly at 863-532-5624. In order to keep our cost down, please call us direct for a quote. Leads from this service average $50, we'd rather save you and ourselves that fee. We are April & Brian Valdez and together we have over 30 years experience with handling large and exotic reptiles and wildlife, and as a husband and wife team we have housed, rehabilitated and rehomed many exotic animals. We started our business to help us rebuild and sustain a private sanctuary for wildlife. We are experts in efficient and humane removals of all types and sizes of wildlife and reptiles including venomous snakes. We look forward to answering any critter questions you may have, anytime! We are trying to do our part at protecting our native species and our state from all types of health and structural issues and keeping our ecosystem in tack. It starts with educating others how to keep the invasive species from trying to change our beautiful state of Florida and to protect the native species we all enjoy and our Everglades need.

We had iguanas. The numbers were increasing, as was the size of the individuals who would sit on the seawall sunning themselves. As April and Brian stepped into the backyard, Brian immediately spotted one of the big ones in a bougainvillea hanging over the canal. I couldn't see anything but vegetation. The three-foot female would soon have been laying eggs. Over the course of several hours of quiet work, both on the ground and on the water, they captured or dispatched another seven. We haven't seen any further infestation, so far. We had warned some of the neighbors that iguana hunters would be coming, but there was no disturbance at all. The vehicle parked out front was the most obvious sign of their presence. It is hard to miss a converted hearse painted to look like a baby alligator.

Their customer service was great. Unfortunately. we didn't catch as many racoons as we had hoped. However, it wasn't for lack of effort/trying. We will use them again if the need arises.

April and Brian responded promptly to my call and were able to rid the iguana that infiltrated my toilet and house through the plumbing vent on my roof. They blocked the access to the vent so that other iguanas, rats and other pests could never infiltrate my house again as well as inspected the other two plumbing vents on my roof (total of 3 vents) to ensure they were not compromised. Finally, they removed an additional iguana that they found outside on my property. i will definitely call them again and highly recommend them to others who would need their services.

KNOWLEDGE! They immediately KNEW what the problem wasâ ¦ and fixed it! They are lovely experienced people with a heart for animals. They do what is right. (When at my house, they had a mother raccoon and her babies in their truck for re-location.) My problem was a woodpecker who climbs into my fireplace chute, sees the shiny metal inside and pecks at it like a parakeet pecks at a mirror. It echoed through my house! They wrapped the chimney flute on the roof with wire mesh and solved the problem, first checking to make sure he was not inside. Very nice people!
