Someone was out to us within a few hours and was able to find the issue with not only the one toilet, but what had been causing the ongoing problem for us, within an hour. The guy Nick that came out, explained it to us in a professional but simple way for us to understand and showed up prepared to work on spot!! "First a different technician came without a camera and tried to rod from the clean out line. He cut through some items at 20 ft and 50 ft and then the rod got stuck and twisted on itself. He said a different plumber would have to come back the next day with a camera. This whole process took 3 hours due to heavy snow. Shawn came back the next day and tried to camera from the outside clean out line, inspected the crawl space, then removed the toilet and tried to camera from the toilet. He also located where the camera got stuck under the house using a metal detector. He explained everything in detail and reported his recommendations. This whole process took 2 hours."
