The drain was plugged with a broken piece of a 3" PVC pipe that was around 4-5 inches long and was located really close to the drain blow out. Once he pulled that out the drain was fine. He thinks maybe the builders left it in there and it got turned somehow which caused the clog. I will use again if needed and I do recommend."
