They removed an old bathtub with tiles that were falling off the wall, cleaned everything up and replaced it with a beautiful (seriously, it's gorgeous) new shower. The guys who did our installation (Esteban and Ben) were fantastic and made sure to show us every step of the way. "First a different technician came without a camera and tried to rod from the clean out line. He cut through some items at 20 ft and 50 ft and then the rod got stuck and twisted on itself. He said a different plumber would have to come back the next day with a camera. This whole process took 3 hours due to heavy snow. Shawn came back the next day and tried to camera from the outside clean out line, inspected the crawl space, then removed the toilet and tried to camera from the toilet. He also located where the camera got stuck under the house using a metal detector. He explained everything in detail and reported his recommendations. This whole process took 2 hours."
