"Ken found that our AC had a lot of mold which was impacting the air flow through our ducts. He made several suggestions, cleaned the system and installed ultra violet items to mitigate the mold and keep the ducts clean. He was extremely easy to understand and showed us everything that he did. He also did a few minor fixes on our vents. I would definitely use them again."

"Woke up around midnight to my HVAC being set to 75°, but all the temperature sensors in my home reporting above 83. So in a panic I reached out to all the AC places in the near area. Novation can in clutch. There were able to come out first thing in the morning after I dropped my kids off and school and their prices were a cheaper than most of the other quotes I received. I really appreciate Jackson. He showed up replaced the capacitor, found and fixed a leak in the copper pipes, and completely recharged the system."

"They arrived right at time given. They were quick to set up and respectful of the house. I was kept appraised of every aspect of the job and shown before pictures. I was given several helpful suggestions on how to keep my ac unit working at its most efficient. I was also given ideas for upgrading my dryer venting away from the outside living area.
