He indicated he would report us to the police for posting a negative review. After contacting him, he promised someone would come. Lots of back-and-forth and extreme delays. He texted 100% for sure Saturday morning, then nobody showed. He blamed weather (though it wasn?t raining). Everything is documented. This is about Eli personally (not his hardworking crew). He lacks integrity, respect, accountability and reliability. Communication is terrible. Customer service among the worst. Don?t trust Eli or American Pavers."

They didn't include things in the price that should have been included, and came back to nickel and dime afterwards. The submitted a new invoice almost a year later and threatened to put a lien on the house when I pushed back. They are terrible and I will tell everyone I can that."

"I recently completed a large pool and deck renovation project with Surfside Pavers. The work involved the setting of more than 2500 square feet of large format 20 mm and 10 mm porcelain tile. The job was quite challenging for a variety of reasons but particularly because of the multiple elevations and the many complicated angles involved. I have to say it was executed to perfection. Surfside’s attention to detail was exemplary. I never saw anyone setting tile without simultaneously verifying their work with a large level. As a result, the tiles were all perfectly aligned with one another and the drainage of the deck was even better than promised. I particularly want to thank Keith Spalding for overseeing the project. He always made time to explain their plans and intentions and patiently answered my many questions. It was obvious he had complete control of the situation and was absolutely dedicated to making our vision a reality. I would recommend Surfside Pavers unreservedly.
