He was upfront with the work he was going to be able to accomplish with flaws that were in place by the builder and most importantly by the first company that was hired for the job. He also did a stellar job on our pool deck which was newly painted but a different company but the quality of the materials and work resulted in the paint washing away with a simply hosing off of the pool deck.
