Tim and his team were first class. He provided a competitive quote and did a very professional job. He was very patient with me. I have three dogs and keeping them off and away of the project was a challenge but he was very kind and understanding. He also was very considerate of my Mom, who is 91 and lives behind me. Dependable and reliable! I will be telling all of my friends and neighbors!

Guys came down to Venice and showed up on time and gave recomendation on areas to clean. Gutters, soffit, and exterior of house looked terrific when they wrapped up. Felt I received great value for the final cost. Left rear patio and driveway clean as a whistle.

Tim did pressure washing at my unit at Sun Outdoors Sarasota. He did a great job and was most professional. I was completely satisfied with the results, including cost, and would definitely use him again. I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing pressure washing.

Tim the Owner and Daniel arrived on time, was courteous and respectful, addressed my concerns, went over job scope with me, unloaded equipment and got right to it. Certainly got the value of workmanship I expected and at a very competitive price. They are scheduled to perform cleaning every six months. Neighbors even commented to me how thorough they were. Neighbors were impressed and so was I.
