I received various information from other contractors and was on sensory overload specially since this is a manufactured home and details can come up quite easily. Jim came out as scheduled and measured everything and provided me with information on what we we needed. He promised me a quote within two hours and was provided as indicated. He set a date for the install around my timelines and was here for installation as scheduled. The installation went well without any problems with great attention to detail. Jim his son Michael and an additional helper were very professional and courteous. I was very pleased with this contractor licensed and warranties provided. "I contacted Matt based on his Angie's list reviews.  After our initial discussion he stayed in contact with me until I could arrange a start date that suited my variable schedule.  He and his helper worked three long days on this project.  They were prompt, courteous, kind and most of all, professional.  They describe themselves as craftsmen and that's how I see them as well.  They made suggestions that improved the project significantly.  For example, instead of just building a plain wall they suggested building in several niches.  Great idea!  This new section of wall is now a feature in the room.  No one can tell which floor tiles are new and which are the original ones.  The new grout matches the original grout perfectly.  Finally, they cleaned up after themselves!  They worked hard to leave the house and work area (garage/driveway) as they found them."
