Work entailed considerable grinding on the old concrete floor to prepare it for the new epoxy application. Randy applied several coats of epoxy as well as adding the flakes. He worked two days on the floor and then returned the following week to follow up and make sure the floor had properly dried. Randy and his partner were a joy to have working on this project. "Guest shower sprang a leak. Rob replaced floor and about 10 inches of tile from the floor up. Regrouted most of the tile and repainted the walls were necessary. A-one job at significant less cost. Rob has done many things for me over the last 18 months or so, all done on time at cost agreed to. This was biggest job and it is perfect.
