"Randy Peters was very professional and did an outstanding job applying epoxy / flaked floor. Work entailed considerable grinding on the old concrete floor to prepare it for the new epoxy application. Randy applied several coats of epoxy as well as adding the flakes. He worked two days on the floor and then returned the following week to follow up and make sure the floor had properly dried. Randy and his partner were a joy to have working on this project. I highly recommend Floor Groomers. Many neighbors are now wanting to apply epoxy in their garages. Everyone has been amazed at the results of the new floor. You'll will be very pleased with the workmanship of the Floor Groomers."

"If you are thinking of sealing your garage floor yourself with a kit from a big box store - don't do it! There is no way that you will get the quality that you will absolutely get when you hire Garage Floor Specialists. Their finished product is spectacular. Take a few minutes and call them and just listen to their description of their product and work that will be performed. You will not regret it. I am soooo glad I chose them to do my garage. It looks awesome !!"

Customers say: Quick response

"Guest shower sprang a leak. Rob replaced floor and about 10 inches of tile from the floor up. Regrouted most of the tile and repainted the walls were necessary. A-one job at significant less cost. Rob has done many things for me over the last 18 months or so, all done on time at cost agreed to. This was biggest job and it is perfect. Luckiest thing which haciéndelo for after retiring was finding Rob. He is fair, reliable, reasonable and has really good suggestions. I will definitely hire Rob in the future!!!!!!!!"

"I had a total home facelift with Javier and his team including painting, new installation of kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanity, floors, and more. Everything was performed to perfection and his attention to detail is what impressed us most. He was very reliable and was flexible to accommodate our unusual work schedule. He helped us to find solutions to barriers in renewing an old home. I absolutely recommend The ATeam Painting for all home painting and renovations. Thank you, for all your hard work! We are truly happy with your services!"

"Mr. Stolec was not only prompt in his response, but was clear on everything from pricing to scheduling. He immediately understood the service that we requested and came back with a reasonable quote. He got the work done as requested and it looks great. We had a small side patio installed next to the house for our two sheds. One small blemish which he promptly responded to. I would recommend him, and will be reaching out to him again in the future for any similar services."

Epoxy Flooring questions, answered by experts

Yes, concrete driveways benefit from a driveway sealant. However, applying the wrong sealant to your concrete driveway can actually make it a safety hazard by turning the surface slippery if wet, so avoid epoxy or polyurethane sealers and go for an acrylic or a penetrating concrete sealer instead.

To maintain concrete floors, clean them regularly with a damp mop and avoid using abrasive cleaning agents that can damage the finish. Reseal the concrete every 2-3 years to protect the surface and enhance its appearance.

You can seal a concrete slab by cleaning the surface, filling in any cracks, etching the surface, applying a sealer, and letting it dry. Concrete slabs don't typically need sealing, but you can use a topical concrete sealer if you notice signs of water damage. If you haven't already fixed the cause of the leak, then you'll want to repair the plumbing before you seal a concrete slab.

Yes, professionals offer slip-resistant options for added workplace safety.

You should sand concrete before painting, as it helps remove any irregularities and pieces that stick out from the surface. This not only helps the paint look better but it prevents any unwanted water absorption.
