We had so many questions and he answered all. The job was started when promised. Our home was treated as if it were their own. Very detail oriented. Junior and his crew were great! On time (or slightly early) and always cleaned up. They had no problem working around us. Our kitchen and bathroom were redesigned and replaced. From floors to ceiling. Junior has a unique talent with Skip Trial ceiling texture. Great tile job for the shower (previously bathtub). We love the cabinets and new counters. He was contracted to paint entire interior and complete numerous repairs to get my condo ready to rent out again. I had a long-term tenant previously so there was many areas of neglect and challenges that didn’t present at face value. I am out of state and needed someone I could trust and rely on. Perry kept me informed with pictures and video and was accessible as the project morphed. I was on a tight budget and he was helpful with options to keep on track. I trust the quality of his work as I had my local rep do full inspection at completion of the work. It’s risky to hire someone from so far away and communication is as important as quality of work. He listened to my ideas, offered his own, stayed true to what I wanted, and even had a few genuinely wonderful surprises. His work ethic is beyond excellent. He answers phone calls, returns texts, and shows up on time. He stuck with the estimate and the budget we asked. When the window ended up costing more he called to check if that was ok before buying it. Henry Caceres painting LLCI hired Henry Caceres Painting to complete two walls in my living room where I have 14' vaulted ceilings. Each wall was different color plus the baseboard and trim moldings in white. The job was completed in about 4 hours. My wife and I are very happy with the result. Just fine. Brian was the low bid because he focuses on utilizing an airless sprayer rather than a roller. He was quick and did as neat a job as could be done in a house that is being remodeled. I would utilize him again.

He used environmentally friendly solution near my compost so as not to compromise it. He was efficient, came on time, was very nice and easy to talk to and very thorough. Very cooperative and willing to do a great job. I completely recommend him. He did the whole fence and wall with the environmentally solution and it turned out very well. He did a great job and it looks brand new! Very few seem to know about these types of solutions.
