I had purchased a deal through Angie's list previously, which had expired. When I called, the gentleman I spoke with said he would honor the coupon, but actually ended up giving me an even better deal. He has a mobile detailing service, but I told him I'd go to him. It was the best $125 I've ever spent on an exterior detailing service. The technician who worked on my SUV, which was the owner, was very patient with me. He took his time answering all of my questions and explaining all of the processes he used. He was extremely nice and professional. This shop is located about 20 miles from me, and there are many other shops offering the same services between here and there. However, I am willing to go the extra distance to use Details matter because of their exceptional service. I definitely plan on using this company again and have already made plans to do so.

Excellent job - my car looks great! The attention to detail was A+, even cleaned under the gas flap. Didn't think anyone else was as OCD as I am. They were also very accommodating. Their main concern was that I was happy with the service.

Richard and his crew showed up on time and did an excellent job on both of our cars. Their attention to detail was excellent and we were very pleased with how both cars turned out. We had previously used Details Matter to put Ceramic Pro coatings on our cars and even though it is not cheap the results are amazing and a great way to protect a long term investment in our cars. Highly recommend that service.

We have had our car for just over 2 years, and Richard and his team have been detailing it every month. They do a superb job maintaining it! They are honest and trustworthy, and are meticulous in their work. We purchased the Ceramic Pro bronze package about 5 months ago, and have been so happy with it! Highly recommend this business!!

I used Details Matter about 4 or 5 times prior with very good results. This time i asked for a clay job to remove overspray on an older car with good paint job. He started ok but then stated he could not get all overspray off without all day effort and it should be brought to his shop for a wet sand. I declined and only got a mobile detail. He did get some areas cleaned up. So he quit after 1/2 day and routine detail of exterior. I was going to review positively until i desided to give the clay a go myself. I got a Speedy Surface Prep towel, the same he used. I was able to get 100% of the over spray off in about 1 hour!!! Really, the prep towel worked great. Not sure if his was old, but it wasnt a difficult job. The paint looks great. Just needed some elbow grease. riichard is invited over to see for himself. I dont know what the fuss was about, but it wasnt a difficult job. I am disappointed and wont be using DM again. Also, the push to use their ceramic coatings is excessive. First pitch fine, but got sick of hearing it, and i dont drive enough to warrant that expense

He came over, detailed it for me and did an excellent job. He is a very likeable person. Presents himself well, professional and really cares about what he is doing. He really likes car. The work turned out excellent. There were some black spots he was not sure he could get off but he did. The car looked brand new. He worked on it most of the day. He was really good. I thought the price was well worth it. They were here when they said they would be, told me how long it would take and was right on with that.

First I like to say how nice and professional of a gentleman Richard Perkins (the owner) is. My sons Mustang and my Cadillac are both black and no matter how well you try to take care of them, Florida's sun and the elements take a toll on black paint. Richard and his staff did the most amazing job detailing our auto's inside and out. Both our cars look showroom new. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. I highly recommend Details Matters.

Richard said that given the condition of the car it would be better if he worked on it as his shop. We dropped the vehicle off about a week in advance of the scheduled work. All I can say is that the transformation exceeded any expectations of what would be possible. Aside from some torn leather that was already in the car, the interior looked new. Richard said it took one hour just to clean the steering wheel - which is easy to believe. Much to my surprise the carpeting and floor mats looked like they came out of the showroom. Richard indicated this was the most difficult detail job his company had ever done, but the end result was amazing in terms of what he was able to accomplish by transforming this moldy, nasty junker into a car that can be sold for its true market value.
I've never paid to have a car detailed before, but as a result of the quality and professionalism of Details Matter I've scheduled another job for Richard to detail my wife's 2006 Solara.
Can't go wrong with using Details Matter. Richard appropriately set expectations both in terms of what he though he could do and how much it would cost. He exceeded expectations and was very courteous and professional.

Richard and assistant showed up 15 minutes early and did a complete full-on detail on a car stored for 25 years. The paint came out great. Polished all chrome to a nice luster. Detailed engine, interior etc. Worked from 07:30 up until 16:30 for 500, two men. A fair deal. Richard was very professional and will certainly use him regularly.

I 100% recommend Details Matter. Richard was a great guy. Very easy to talk to, and listens carefully to what you want. I have a black 2014 Ram Sport Quad cab, and she's never looked so good. They both worked very hard non stop for around 7 hours. Paint job looks like glass. Richard really knows his stuff. I was very happy!!!!!!!
