Brian was extremely easy to work with. He is beyond competent! Brian returned phone calls in a timely manner and came when he said he would. He made sure the work site was picked up and broom swept every evening. He was terrific at communicating when he had questions about the job or if something came up. He was an advocate for us with the cabinet/countertop company. The only issues that we had with our kitchen remodel was with the cabinet and countertop company with zero reflection on Brian. He handled it professionally and respectfully! I would definitely recommend Brian and his team to family and friends and will plan on using his expertise with other projects throughout our home.

mer, repainted entire stucco exterior with two coats of Loxon, replaced interior water damaged dry wall and insulation. Re-textured and primed and painted affected areas, including all of the family room ceiling and hallway soffits. Also repainted and repaired four exterior doors inside and out.
Job was completed efficiently and neatly. All waste materials were properly picked up. Very pleased with the total work by BRW.

The work was done in 2 segments. First, we hired Brian and his helper Joe to replace two windows in our south facing wall with impact resistant windows we bought on clearance at Lowes. Our home was build in 1955, so they had to slightly modify the concrete block for the windows to fit correctly. They did a very good job installing the new windows and re-stucco'd the outside sill to improve the appearance. The next task was to remove a window from the master bedroom that looked out into an interior hallway in the garage. They removed the old window and blocked the hole using concrete block. They made it so the exterior block lines matched with the existing ones. This was the 2nd window we had blocked up and Brian did a much better job with the exterior appearance. On the interior they installed drywall and were able to match the new surface with the existing plaster. We can see where the patch is because we know it is there, but another observer would have to look closely to tell.
We liked Brian and Joe's work so we scheduled them to come back out and replace the baseboard/trim as well as paint the master bedroom. The prep work went smoothly until they applied primer to the ceiling and it blistered the existing paint layer. The previous owners had applied a flat based paint to the existing oil based paint on the ceiling. I'm sure this was a cheap solution to covering up water damage prior to sale. So Brian and Joe had to do their best to remove the flat paint layer otherwise we would suffer peeling of the new paint in the future. Another snag was getting the new closet doors to fit correctly. The 56 year old yellow pine closet door frame was less than square, requiring skilled carpentry to get the doors to close together properly as well as match symmetrically. Both these issues added about 1.5 days labor to the total job. The end result was worth it. The room turned out beautifully. Joe did a great job with the cut in at the wall to ceiling edge. It is very straight.
Overall we were very pleased with their work. They were always on time and called at least 24 hours in advance to confirm any changes.

Went very well I thought with hardly any issues. No problem with leins afterwards, he pays his bills. He followed the engineered drawings to the letter. The building is solid, it will survive a hurricane.
