Truly outstanding job. Sean and his team were very meticulous in all of their work, and everything was completely cleaned up and furniture put back in place. Everyone in his group were delightful to have around our home during their work. I highly recommend them for any painting project you may be planning.

Sean Downs and his team did a great job, starting with the initial walk through and right through to the completion of the job. He had great suggestions, didn't recommend work that didn't need to be done, and did a great job on the work that we agreed should be done. His communication is very good, his crew was courteous and reliable, and Sean was involved personally in making sure that the work was done right. I highly recommend Sean Downs Painting.

Job very well done. Very professional from initial contact through completion. Job site was two-story townhouse, open-loft floor plan (very high walls), views from above down onto first story plant shelves, etc. Significant prep work, patching, etc., needed to all walls and woodwork from previous rental occupant. Townhouse was vacant. Contacted Sean from across state. He gained access via lockbox, performed the work, and left the site very clean. Highly recommended, and deserving of A ratings.

I always insist on getting three quotes. I decided to choose Sean Downs Painting because of his immediate responses to my calls, his ability to start and finish within the time frame I needed and his quote was extremely fair. I am a recent resident to Florida and therefore didn’t know contractor reputations or many people I could go to ask who they would recommend. So I turned to angieslist, Facebook and the internet. I contacted three painters and was so glad to find Sean Downs and his great team. The guys were always on time, courteous, friendly and perfectionist. I have always painted myself and I have high standards and they did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend or hire again.

Sean and his crew are the BEST!! From our initial meeting with Sean to final completion of the projects, everything went smoothly. Sean offered his expert advice for interior paint choices and explained each step of the process. And his team of experienced painters — Jerry, Bob, Mike and Mike — ensured everything was completed on time and looked great! They were professional, courteous and funny ... and we couldn’t have asked for a better group of guys! We’ve already received several compliments on our home’s fresh, new look. Sean returned my call and came out to give us an estimate - both within a reasonable amount of time. It took awhile for us to get plugged into his schedule, but it was well worth the wait. Sean himself ended up doing most of the work for us. He did a spectacular job! There is not one speck of paint on any of the door hardware and the doors look great! He also brought back to life the trim around our doors which had been hastily re-installed by the door installers. He kept us well informed of the work as it progressed, arrived when he said he would and always cleaned everything up at the end of the day. I could not have asked for any better service. We will definitely be using his company again in a few months when it is time to paint the entire house.

Sean and his crew did a great job. Did all the necessary prep work and once they started it took about three days to complete. They cleaned up everything as they went. Sean is a gentleman and a pleasure to work with. I think they are pretty busy, so be prepared to wait for an opening in their schedule, but well worth it!

Sean sent a team of four guys (James, Bob, Jeff, and Jerry) to do the work and they did an absolutely fabulous job. They not only expertly painted, but fixed problems as they went along. Bottom line, our condo looks beautiful! They did the work in the time promised, were very neat, and cleaned up before they left. We would definitely recommend Sean and his crew to anyone needing painting and we will definitely use them again.

Well. Because of small scope of the job, it was accomplished in 'pieces' on several days rather than in one or two days but this was not a problem for us.

He was very professional and got the work done in a very good amount of time. They did a beautiful job. I get a lot of compliments on the paint job. They did three colors with trim and everything. He just did an awesome job. In fact I just recently referred him to a friend who needed the inside of her place painted.

We were so pleased to have found Sean Downs.. He walked us through the entire process and the steps that they would take to ensure a "furniture-like" finish to our cabinets. We cannot emphasize strongly enough what a tremendous job Sean and Jerry did for us. Excellent. Three men showed up on time with all materials and got right to work. They finished the second coat shortly after lunch. Good job, we are very happy with the results.
