"Julio did a great job and we really like how our shower conversion turned out. He did quality work throughout the project from the beginning to end. Installed a custom shower pan where our tub once was added new board and did all tile work as well as installing grab bars and a bench. He kept us informed with updates on the project as he went. Julio particularly has a passion for getting all the details right. We would definitely use him again."

"Zack and Jon were very pleasant to work with. Since I'm not able to do a lot of physical work anymore, I mentioned I'm looking to rent a son from time to time. I was in need of having 5 shade sails hung, I am very pleased with the finished product. They also cleaned up after themselves which is always a plus. I definitely will refer them to anyone in need of help, God Bless you young men!"

Small jobs welcome

"They were great. They fixed the mistake i made in making a piece of furniture. They installed my wire racking in the cupboards and assembled a coffee table from Wayfair. They were very courteous and helpful. I will use them again."

Pool Table Assembly questions, answered by experts

Build your inspection routine around the two main seasons in FL. During the dry season from November to April, inspect the shell, decking, and equipment for damage. Before the wet season begins in June, check your screen enclosure anchoring and clear all overflow drains. After any severe storm, inspect your pool construction and installation elements for new deck cracks or debris-related equipment issues to keep your property safe.

Helpful?

Watch for structural warning signs like floor cracks wider than an eighth of an inch or visible tilting in the shell. These issues indicate serious subsurface erosion common in FL. You should also look for unexplained water loss, peeling plaster, or gaps between the coping and the deck. If you spot non-compliant safety barriers, outdated drain covers, or unpermitted pool construction and installation work, hire a professional to correct them immediately.

Helpful?

Begin your pool and spa service by confirming your specific district rules and submitting architectural review requests early. Approval timelines add weeks to a project. Schedule major renovations outside the summer rainy season, as afternoon storms disrupt curing times for deck coatings and plaster. Always verify that your chosen professional holds an active state license, and secure the correct county permits before beginning any structural or electrical work in The Villages.

Helpful?

Address any suspected sinkhole activity, active water leaks, or non-compliant safety barriers immediately. Delaying these repairs creates severe structural and safety hazards. Cosmetic pool construction and installation updates, like resurfacing or deck recoating, belong on a planned schedule. Schedule these non-emergency projects during the dry season to avoid weather delays. Always account for long permitting lead times and architectural review approvals when planning upgrades in The Villages.

Helpful?

As a new homeowner in The Villages, start by checking your specific Community Development District rules to ensure any pool and spa service complies with local guidelines. Next, inspect your screen enclosure for storm damage and secure the anchoring. You should also test the water chemistry to establish a baseline, since the local aquifer produces hard water that damages equipment and pool surfaces over time.
