Perfect Pools CFL, Inc.

I?m a veteran and first responder who signed a contract with Perfect Pools in August 2023, hoping to get a pool installed for rehab after an injury I sustained during deployment. I was told we?d be swimming by Spring 2024. Fast forward to May 2025, and I?ve had enough. After months of delays, inspection failures, and complete lack of communication, I?ve decided to hire someone else to finish the job. The first red flag was when it took them 6 months to get the permits approved, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Then, they got the design wrong, and it?s still wrong. On top of that, we paid a full draw for a screen enclosure and a new elite roof, but didn?t receive the new roof, and they still insisted we pay the full amount. Against my better judgment, we did, with the promise of a credit at the end of the project which never came. Full review on Google.

It's taken almost a year and we're still not done. Mistakes (serious, unnecessary ones) have been made. The latest was the incorrect finish being put in the pool. They deny this (as they do many things), but we have the proof. If they correct their errors, I don't feel the need to warn other consumers and will remove negative reviews. This is so extensive combined with the other issues, that buyers should be warned. My first review was removed. It seems Perfect Pool will go to any length to keep the truth hidden. That includes a post I shared from their own fb page which proved the validity of some of my claims. I guess they realized that mistake and removed their own post, effectively removing my follow up. I hope this stays up so people are accurately informed. I usually trust reviews on here, but not if they don't allow a negative post to go through.

They have done a lot work for us. They are very attentive to their work and they have done a good job.
