Jay is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and polite . He explained the problem and was able to fix all of our pool issues that we had with our heater , pool timer , lighting and most importantly with spa jets. I have gain a lot of understanding on how to properly maintain and operate the pool , thanks to Jay. He is a the number one person I would call when issues with pool arise .
