"Tom responded promptly to our phone call and arranged a convenient time within 48 hours.  He arrived on time (actually early), started work immediately and worked straight through virtually non-stop for hours.  Each job was professionally done, and Tom was accomodating to the owners' wishes (raise this or lower that), taking pride in making sure the job was done right.  He had all the tools and ladders required in his truck, and also was open about what he couldn't do (e.g., help with an A/C filter which turned out to be a much bigger issue so he was correct to stay in his area of expertise).  Overall, we will use him again and highly recommend him.
