Customers say: True professional

"Ryan and Dave were very professional and got the job done within the time frame they told me. They were transparent with their pricing and didn’t add on anything at the end. I initially hired them to move me between apartments and when they did such a good job I continued using their services. They hung two TVs for me and ran the cables through the wall so that it has a clean look and also hung up pictures on the walls for me. I am definitely planning on hiring them for any future projects."

Small jobs welcome

Hi there, my name is Mitch Pazanski!\n\nI grew up doing home renovations with my father ever since I can remember. Now, I have been working for a contractor in Palm Beach County for the last several years doing kitchen, home and bath renovations.\n\nI have a strong working knowledge of all of the trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, as well as drywall, painting, flooring installation and finishing work.\n\nWhile I genuinely enjoy all of the work I do, I specialize in drywall install/ repair/ mudding, texture matching and finishing work such as painting, base board, door trims, crown molding installation.\n\nEveryone “knows someone cheaper”… and I have spent years fixing other people’s sketchy, unskilled and dangerous *but* cheaper work, which is why I guarantee all of my projects.\n\nSchedule an appointment with me today and find out what quality work looks like!

"After downsizing we were in need of a space for our books, dvds, and photo albums.  Carl came up with the solution for our sitting room.  His solution also saved us space by mounting the television on the newly built unit.
Carl was punctual, pleasant and worked barely stopping for lunch.  I asked him to make some alterations to his design while he was building the unit and he had no problem with it.  I would highly recommend him.  We are thrilled with the finished result!

"For over two years we’ve been extremely pleased with all aspects of our experience with Santho’s Home Repair, and will be using them in the future. Owner Santhos arrives at our home promptly and begins work immediately. Mr. Santhos listens and thinks each project through. He has done many jobs for us, all of them expertly. Examples include: Cleaning our clogged gutters and downspouts which is not easy as it has to be done via our roof but Mr. Santhos is meticulous and efficient. He even takes pictures of the fine results to show us. He came up with a solution for positioning our washer and dryer by creating of an alcove in the wall which worked out perfectly. He did a beautiful painting and sealing of our garage floor which involved stripping the old materials from the concrete pad and adding decorative flecks to the finished product. Numerous plumbing and leak sealing projects and other work which help keep our 40 year old house in good shape. Mr. Santhos is flexible when it comes to his pricing, extremely polite and gracious throughout and a true professional. He’s also a dedicated family man. We unhesitatingly recommend Santho’s Home Repair."

Pole Barn Builders questions, answered by experts

Concrete blocks are the cheapest way to base a shed. However, the space in between allows critters to go under, burrow, and even damage your shed’s frame. For a more pest-proof option, consider building a shed base with gravel or paver stones. Both options are fairly affordable and easy enough for a DIY project. For gravel, you can build a wooden frame to contain the loose material.

While building a treehouse isn’t necessarily a death sentence, damaging the trunk is one of the ways to kill a tree. If you’re concerned about the tree, opt for a treehouse support system rather than attaching it directly to the trunk. This may involve using bolts and brackets to affix the structure to the tree's branches or establishing a standalone support system that remains unattached to the tree.

The maximum size of a tiny home you can move depends on your state transportation guidelines, but the rule of thumb is a maximum of 400 square feet. However, as long as it falls within the local limits for traveling on public roadways, you should be good to hit the road.

While a romantic getaway in a vacation treehouse may sound appealing, building one to live in year-round comes with more challenges. However, a growing number of people are adopting this small-scale living approach to appreciate an off-the-grid, private lifestyle. It allows you to feel closer to nature in a sustainable, customizable, minimalist, and eco-friendly way.

Your foundation contractor will first need to remove the topsoil and any vegetation within 4 feet of the area around the barn. They’ll need to ensure they have clear access to the site to begin excavation, after which they can begin construction.
