Excellent customer service. Joseph Answered my call at 7:30 am after I discovered a roof leak during a storm the night before. Ricky & Kayla came to our house later that afternoon. All fixed. I had called other roofing companies but they would only give me an estimate & do the work in 2-3 weeks. Triumph solved my roof leak that afternoon. I HIGHLY recommend Triumph. Josiah Kapp and Triumph Property Services, Inc. remediated a water and mold issue in my mother in law's condominum in Del Ray, Florida recently. He came and inspected the site, told me exactly what the problem was, what needed to be done to rectify the situation, what the costs would be (and specifically the total cost to my mother in law being only the deductible on her homeowner's) and then dealt with the insurance company on her behalf! He remediated the problem in an excellent and timely fashion and we are extremely pleased with the job that was done and the service we received from Triumph!!

The crew that fixed my roof was efficient and friendly

It was November 2015, and I had walked into some serious water damage in my Florida home after a brief absence. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Josiah Kapp. He was quick to make an assessment. He took samples to send to the lab and test for mold. Indeed, the next day, he confirmed I had a mold issue and advised me to sleep elsewhere. But I was leaving town again in a few days and was at a huge disadvantage to leave and relocate. He then proceeded to bring in 2 big fans that would keep the air quality clean and greatly reduce any chances of developing headaches and such. I left 2 days later for business, and they quickly started the work soon after. A few walls would have to be taken down, remove all mold, and rebuild. He assured me that all furniture would be covered. Not a speck of dusk would be found once done. The paint job would also be done better than when they started the work. He is a man of his word!! I walked into my home a month later, and everything was in excellent condition. The work was impeccable. The costumer service from Mr. Kapp was above and beyond excellent. He was pleasant and explained all the work thoroughly. He provided before, during and after pictures of the work while I was absent. The work provided by Mr Kapp and his workers was Grade A+. I highly recommend his services for all home renovations needed due to damages.
